What to include when you write
A useful message contains five things: what you want, how you want it, when you are free, how to reach you and a single line about your question. With those, Sophie can usually answer in one reply instead of a chain of four.
- The reading you want, or "not sure" plus a sentence describing the situation.
- In person, phone or video. Name the app if you prefer a particular one for video.
- Two or three times. Offer a spread, such as a weekday evening and a weekend afternoon. Add your time zone if you are outside Eastern time.
